SOLAR WATER POWER.

Surprisingly, 5 -7 percent of power in the state of California is used by water agencies for water treatment, pumping, and moving water to consumers.

If that 5-7 percent were generated by solar energy an equivalent amount of power would be freed up on the grid to feed other needs.

With that thought in mind, as well as the possibility of reducing energy costs, the Association of California Water Agencies has signed a five-year agreement with two solar companies, PowerLight and WorldWater and Power, that guarantees that the proposals for solar systems those companies offer will be as good or better than competitors’. In other words, you can’t beat our deals on solar-powered water pumping.

For the agencies willing to switch to on-site generated solar power, power bills may drop to zero or near that. The state offers generous incentives for the construction of new solar capacity. Visit PowerLight at http://www.powerlight.com and WorldWater and Power at http://www.worldwater.com/ .
