HONDA’S NEXT HYBRID.

Here’s the latest on the Accord V-6 Hybrid headed to the U.S. market later this year:

--- Performance is better than the current 240 horsepower Accord V-6.

--- Near peak torque is available across the engine’s full operating range.

--- Three cylinders shut down at cruising speeds.

--- It has the fuel economy of the four-cylinder Civic Sedan.

(That car, depending on the model and equipment, gets a U.S. EPA mileage rating of at least 29 miles per gallon in city driving with up to 38 miles per gallon on the highway.)
